"Love: We used to do 12 hour shifts and alternate 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off, which was nice. The work is fairly routine with some surprise thrown in once in a while to keep it interesting.Hate: When you have several simultaneous planned outages/maintenances and they all go smooth it's great, but once one goes bad it tends to cascade and before you know it, you have a bit of a nightmare on your hands."

What do you like about working at Safe Systems?
"The best part about working for Safe Systems is the people and the atmosphere that the people produce. While being stressed from hard work days it always helps to know that your team members are always there to help."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"One definite tip that I can give to an outside interviewer to Safe Systems is to be yourself. While working at Safe Systems, I have found that it is easy to be yourself while still bettering yourself within your personal career. It is easy to better yourself not only by daily knowledge gained but also through certification and training programs."
What don't you like about working at Safe Systems?
"The only downfall of working for Safe Systems is that they are limited to the technologies and the size of the organizations that they administrate. While the networks of each customer is small to mid-size, the technologies are slow to upgrade. Therefore, the learning curve is not a very long period of time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I do not have any suggestions for management. I feel that each manager, project manager and team leader does a great job."

"I liked the environment and people I worked for and with."

"Be able and willing to work nights and weekends, along with being flexible to keep up with rotating schedules."

"The position I held was part-time and I desired to work full-time."

"I like coding and developing, but dislike working 12-hour shifts when co-workers take vacation."

"Web.com is a good place to get started in the tech industry, but don't let them hold you back from moving on."

"No raises, and little to no recognition for a job well done."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Tech and sales needs to be better separated. Also, a cost of living annual raise system needs to exist, which it currently does not."

"Don't interview with this company, go apply for welfare and unemployment before you work here."

"The people, the environment, the stress level, the design of their infrastructure, pretty much everything."

"Step aside and let somebody else with a clue take over."
