You will be promoted if you are decent, but that just means job consolidation has fallen on you and unfortunately for you you're so good at what you do that you get to be blessed by it."

"Tons. People, atmosphere, higher-ups, apathy, employee morale, conservatism throughout every aspect of the work environment."

"Offer competitive salaries, take care of my employees, reform much of the institution's processes with efficiency outweighing but that's the way we've always done it."
