"While working for NJYP.com I found that this is a great place to learn. With help from other employees I became a very trustworthy, knowledgeable and key member of the NJYP.com team. I went from knowing only development to knowing the ins and outs of website design to internet marketing and everything in between. If you are entry level and have a good work ethic with an urgency for organization then this is a perfect company for you. On the other hand, once you gain a certain level of knowledge and experience, working for NJYP.com becomes somewhat less desirable. With my experiences and my understanding of the company, this is a place for entry level employees. So, if you are entry level looking to learn I highly suggest NJYP.com, but if you are more familiar with designing, developing, and the technical side, such as hosting, domains, SSL, troubleshooting, emails hosting, along with server set up and maintenance, then I would consider elsewhere."
