"I have worked for Nissan for over 30 years, in multiple roles. I have found it to be a very challenging and rewarding environment. The company's vision has always been to keep quality in the forefront and value their people as its most valuable resource. It seems to have faltered some in keeping a pulse on its people. But I feel the focus is moving back in the right direction. It's a constant learning environment, and opportunities are endless. Work still needs to be done on exclusivity...!!!"
"I have worked with Nissan as a contract design engineer for 2 different times in my life. First in 2004 - 2007 in Smyrna, TN. Second in 2019 - 2020. Both times I left were due to America's economic issues. Last one due to coronavirus. I loved the professionalism off the bat. I appreciate folks who are work focused instead of being lazy or gossiping behind others back. I worked in Smyrna for 3 years and they gave me a $3 hourly raise during my time. Was well appreciated and enjoyed a team that loves a good hard work ethic and can still have fun."

It’s a rewarding place to be employed and to consider your future in retirement."
"I've worked for Nissan for 33+ years. It's a great company to work. Nissan has provided stability and opportunity throughout our long-standing relationship. Nissan has the philosophy of delegating tasks to the lowest possible position that can adequately do the job which results in a greater understanding of the task at hand."
"Considering the size of the company, their employee technology is fairly up to date. The corporate culture is a mix of the various departmental cultures of the building. This creates an overall relaxed, yet focused feeling within the office. Education and cross-training is the norm - key players from lower-to middle management regularly play musical chairs to learn new areas. Transparency is also stressed, although this varies from team to team depending upon the manager's style."

"A great learning experience."
