"Very micro managed and high demands put out for no compensation. being on call having to be always ready for nipsco business for nothing extra makes us feel taken advantage of badly..."

"Newer management thrives on shaking things up and constantly scheming to see where they can get one person to do the work of two. Give them the impression that you can multitask and have an instant answer to every question (Whether it be right or wrong - Lie if you must!!!)."
What don't you like about working at NIPSCO?
"Newer management has poor supervision/communication skills. They foster a negative work environment where newer employees fought and bicker over petty issues. Pennywise & pound foolish approach to capital budgets. Retaining loyal and trusted employees is not a management priority."

"Give clearer work goals and expectations to individual employees. Get rid of the Out of the Box management tools. Get rid of IBM consultants, they are accustomed to avoiding work by complicating simple issues."
