"I believe it is relatively low compare to the other Manufacturing places. I was there for a period of one year and from the start, I had a variety of experiences that I can contribute to the organization. The Manufacturing industry is so different from the Architecture/Engineering/Construction Industry but the project management and other processes of an AEC can be directly applied to the manufacturing expertise. My salary from previous work was at $90,000/year and the compensation I received was about $20,000 less."

"It's hard to say if it's underpaid because its a retail store and not part of the Nike Corporate but everyone can say they feel underpaid. The work is easy enough for me to not have to struggle and complain that I am doing too much work for the little amount of money. But with bonuses and increases in pay due to raises the motivation to move up in the company to get a great pay is already at your disposal."
