What don't you like about working at NIIT Technologies?
"There is a culture clash. Many of the people within are stubborn, act like children, point fingers and blame, and there is no accountability. Business ethics are weak. Employees are also pushy, willing to make a big deal out of a small incident, poor english, and are very racist."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management structure is weak, it needs to be strengthened. Also, many employees feel afraid to speak out, that needs to change. Budgeting is weak as well."
