"Nexustuk is IT Managed Service organization that is working to be one of the largest MSP's in the USA. They are growing through acquisition of existing MSP's in different markets across the nation. The issue has been with the integration of existing company's portfolios as well as, and more importantly, the processes of each company. Also, the direction of the company in the longer-term is not clear. Service/Solution portfolios are a not clearly defined. And there is not a defined or documented career path."
