3.1 Nexustek is a growing MSP provider attempting to build an organization with national presence in the SMB marketplace. There have been severe issues with integration of acquired companies in several different markets across the US resulting in a disjointed and fragmented strategy. This has led to many colleagues leaving for other opportunities while leaving a sense of confusion, distrust and disloyalty among the remaining workforce. Executive management appears to delivering one message while the results and strategy demonstrates something else. Bottom line lack of transparency and integrity of internal execution.

2.8 Nexustuk is IT Managed Service organization that is working to be one of the largest MSP's in the USA. They are growing through acquisition of existing MSP's in different markets across the nation. The issue has been with the integration of existing company's portfolios as well as, and more importantly, the processes of each company. Also, the direction of the company in the longer-term is not clear. Service/Solution portfolios are a not clearly defined. And there is not a defined or documented career path.
