"I've worked the longest in my department at nextSource and I've seen both the company and the department change for the worse. Management needs to be trained to be capable managers. The salary and benefits are good for those that are fresh out of college or inexperienced in their trade. Instead of giving incentive to stay or work harder, they actually take perks and benefits away with little to no explanation."
