"I worked for Nextgen for 8 years Company started off great treated its employees like gold gradually all the perks ie free catered Friday breakfast... no Christmas gifts... then no Christmas party at all . Work wise they provide all the tools to be success however this company will sell its own mother to save a dollar. All req were being filled increasingly by off shore resources. I fear the product will suffer"
