"I've worked at Nextace for a couple of years. The people of the company are hands down great. But in terms of professional development, there is much to be desired. Management tends to pigeonhole employees into certain roles, limiting opportunities to grow. There is also a lack of movement, communication, and transparency between employees and management"

"Seven months ago I would have give a five star review to this company. Unfortunately due to new management taking over a three star is the best it deserves. The company use to be family oriented, very involved in the staffs lives, always looking out for one another. It made it feel as if you were spending your days with your family and friends not your coworkers. Since new management has come into play morale is at an all time low. After a round of layoffs, we started to see new employees putting in their notice every two weeks. The environment is depressing. Everyone is in fear of losing their job every day. Two individual's opinions are the only opinions that matter, when it use to be a very collaborative approach."
