People don't respect each other and are mostly afraid that someone can tell on them behind their back. They don't have a team spirit. They humiliate people. They call you into work for them during a busy season. Once the season is over they lay off the people. They don't give an actual reason but make up a false report. Most mentally healthy and friendly people leave this company because they can not survive there."
