"I have worked for Newtek since 2014 as an SBA underwriter. I have a favorable relationship with my manager and am comfortable with the compensation I receive. Since the pandemic began, I have worked remotely and have created a strong home environment to get my work completed. I have an excellent relationship with coworkers. I have a working relationship with my supervisor as I am expected to be able to complete my work independently.
