"Great place to work with a very open environment for ideas. The co-workers and managers are extremely helpful and easy going, depending on the situation of course. But since it is a small station you have to be willing to wear multiple hats and expect things to not always go as smoothly as you would hope. But overall the sort of freedom you get is almost unmatched."
