"Management needs to take some risk and look at expanding and updating the product line."

While I worked there I learned a lot about the practical side of engineering and I had lots of freedom to work at my own pace. I was also provided the opportunity to design a part to be introduced into their product line."

"Very top heavy company with incompetent management. The company is fighting more with itself than it is fighting with its competitors. Almost no work between brands as shown by redundant projects being done without managers knowledge. Average age of the company is very high because anyone young can see the company is dying, literally."
