"Directly out of college, I was given a real opportunity to develop and lead a branch of this corporation that did not exist prior to my employment. I had complete creative control, and I had only one boss, the owner of the corporation, who went above and beyond to help me make this new division of the corporation as well as myself, a success."

"Be hungry; and be willing to work above and beyond 9 to 5; because many aspects of this job; and many folks you deal with, do not have a 9 to 5 schedule."

"There is nothing I didn't like about working at the company. Even the stress was rewarding."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestions for the management would be to continue to implement all of the procedures and solutions I implemented so many years ago; because they were proven to work in regards to finding new customers, as well as retaining existing customers."
