New World Van Lines Employee

"This company does not take care of the helpers and drivers. You don't get paid for the amount of work you do. Every single paycheck I got was always messed up and they never fixed it correctly. The planners and dispatchers do not communicate with the payroll people and they come up with things to not pay you compensation. 10% of the trucks and equipment are brand new and up to date. The other 90% are aged and should be decommissioned. The managers and the supervisors don't handle issues and problems correctly. Instead they take it personal and hold a grudge against you. They like to bully, harass the drivers and helpers as a form of mentoring. The rest of the drivers and helpers were very toxic and were not willing to work as a team. This company used to have a lot of man power, now the bulk of the force are quitting and resigning due to a hostile work environment."
