New Vision Television Employee

"Atlanta-based New Vision Television (NV II) was formed in September 2002 to create a broadcast company consisting of a selective portfolio of network-affiliated, middle to small market television stations. Between September 2002 and February 2004, NV II completed the acquisitions of four stations for approximately $83 million and sold all four stations by August 2005 for approximately $147 million, which has returned a profit to investors in excess of 100%. In 2006, this company was re-formed (NV III) and, in the period from October 2006 through September 2, 2008, acquired 10 full power stations in eight markets in six separate transactions and launched one full power station in Bend, Oregon. NV III operated 16 commercial websites, which generated a combined 2011 average of 22.7 million page views and 1.8 million unique visitors each month. 2012 forecast gross revenue and EBITDA were $153 million and $45 million, respectively."
