"A company that has a nice group of people, but there's no structure. Management needs to improve training and develop a common protocol. Management also needs to hold senior staff accountable when they don't follow new instructions. There were countless meetings that went too long to change the approach to some issues, but senior staff seem to ignore it and follow their old ways."
