"They aren't hiring for instructors just contractors."

"Being and instructor I couldn't take and hour off to go to the doctor. I needed to take sick time for a whole day or vacation time for the whole day. I also didn't like carting around laptops to random locations."

"Realizing that sales are important but so is the product they are selling."
