"When I first went there they were growing and for awhile that really made for some interesting assignments."

"Whatever they tell you make sure you get it in writing or it just becomes false hopes for the rest of the time you spend with them."

What don't you like about working at New Century Financial?

"They lost that push or drive to want to continue to keep growing. They seemed to have reached a certain level of income and then it they just couldn't do the right things to take them to the next level."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to take out about 5 of the existing senior managers that are still there and replace them with more knowledgable and passionate managers that are willing to take some risk and try new things. They have too much dead wood at the top which makes it harder for the hourly people to try and accomplish some of the simplist things relative to each of their jobs or responsibilities."
