Need to take out about 5 of the existing senior managers that are still there and replace them with more knowledgable and passionate managers that are willing to take some risk and try new things. They have too much dead wood at the top which makes it harder for the hourly people to try and accomplish some of the simplist things relative to each of their jobs or responsibilities.
Management should have been watching the the executives closer and holding them accountable along with the shareholders. They should have taken more time to assess the risk involved with lowering lending guidelines, knowing that in the long run those choices would lead to the mortgage crisis currently in the country.
3.5New century has been a great company to work for for the last 16 years. unfortunately the parts and service department has has multiple pay restructuring within the last few years. This has not reflected the upper managements loyalty to its employees. I'm a motivated person and very active in my field. I have been a loyal employee to this company, but its time for me to move on.
