"New century has been a great company to work for for the last 16 years. unfortunately the parts and service department has has multiple pay restructuring within the last few years. This has not reflected the upper managements loyalty to its employees. I'm a motivated person and very active in my field. I have been a loyal employee to this company, but its time for me to move on."
