"This was a contract job for a hospital and it was a very nice place to work."

"The contract was only for a few months and they over staffed."

"I was treated well, the work was interesting, the people amazing."

"Just be yourself, let them know what they are getting and what is important to you. You might be surprised at how far that goes, it is a good company. Just remember, they take swift, decisive, and unannounced action, so be ready for anything. You will be fairly compensated and fairly treated, but they expect something more for their money."

"I was pretty happy, other than coming to work wondering if I still had a job every day. There was that hanging over your head."

"None, I think they are doing the best they can. It is like any other company in most respects."

"Ask what the standard tools are needed to work for this company and give a example of a typical work day and give you the good and bad."

"was never prepared with jobs that was given, had to wait for equipment or special tools so we could start work."

"Be there for there employees and have enough supplies, equipment and tools for your employess to complete task thats given."

"My schedule and my boss are flexible when it comes to what time my day starts."

"I hopeyou don't plan on any type of advancement anytime soon."

"There are no opportunities to advance and it seems that all the jobs that I do qualify for are being sent overseas."

"I would stop outsourcing and attempt to give my workers a raise or at least raise the cost of living."

"Fast paced, availability of access to various types of equipment such as cisco, redback and various other routers."

"Have strong networking skills and just be yourself! And come well dressed as if you want the job that you're applying for."

"There was a lack of access to documentation at times but the previous experience that I had allowed me to adapt to resolve the problem or escalate to the correct group."

"To always listen to their employee needs and desires. Sometimes the fast paced atmosphere would allow that to get pushed aside quite a few times."

"Work was 100% travel and contract temporary so there was little chance of a permanant position"

"I work with great clients and I'm never in the same place."

"Not really. My company merged with this one and I did not have to interview. I was grandfathered in because I brought my clientele with me."

"High turnover, service standards are lower than I think they should be and inconsistent. Boss badmouths clients."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Never badmouth your clients, they are the reason you get paid. Systems should be setup to ensure the highest quality of service and a consistent experience from customer to customer."
