"SuzukI is an Asian company who believes in strong committment and loyalty. A lot of employees have stayed with the company for 20+ years. Must be dedicated to the assignments given by the executive management."
What don't you like about working at Suzuki Motor?
"Ecomomic situation in the US has caused the parent company in Japan to shift business focus to other developing countries, such as India and China."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More marketing to help with the product recognition. SuzukI makes excellent motorcycles and cars, but unable to compete due to lack of emphasis on marketing."

"Answer questions in a direct manner. Don't say that you have tried everything in a lab environment. I interview people all the time. We do not lead people on."

"Constant flattening of the org structure that I know is the right thing to do. Too bad you cannot do that for ever. Zero vertical growth, thus they give me more horizontal work to grow with."

"Great job! My boss has approached me again to take over another large part of the IT Infrastructure that could be 80%+ overall."
