"Know that you will not be given the time to do your job completely. When the job is done complete know that you will not be paid for all the time you put in."

"I was not compensated for using my home as an office or using my internet connections for work purposes and not paid for work done at the office because they would say you were at home."

"Learn how to deal with people, one size does not fit all. Be as flexable as you want the employees to be."
