"Location was close to home, employee's in my immediate department were good to work with."

"Interview somewhere else!"

What don't you like about working at Cornerstone Healthcare Group?

"Way too much corporate politics. Nasty behind the back competition and stabbing from other departments. Constant and unrealistic requests for the moving of employee's because of petty differences and childish complaints, job security was horrible. People let go and/or fired constantly. No trust between Sr. Management staff and employee's they manage. Sr. Management staff is knowledgeable in their field but management skills seriously lacking."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire people who have experience managing employee's and who know how to properly lead and motivate team members. Set realistic goals for IT members and support teams."

"It's a wondeful company top to bottom. The job I have just doesn't happen to be the job I want."

What do you like about working at SolarWinds?

"The atmosphere, the vibe. It's got a corporate culture very reminiscent of the dot-coms of the late 90's"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Know your stuff. This company is filled to the brim with very knowledgeable people. Techies are everywhere. Don't go in there with a paper cert and think you won't get grilled in a technical interview."

What don't you like about working at SolarWinds?

"The job I'm doing just isn't really in my wheelhouse. Advancement opportunities are slim in the department I'm in."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management does fine. Though I think the support department needs a formal training regimen as opposed to trial by fire."

"Recognize your talent, and motivate and advance them into fitting positions, where they would become a huge asset to the company."
