"Great company at first to work for, but toward the end it changed entirely around."

"Good people w/ good compensation package. That all changed before I left the company in 2007."
What don't you like about working at Alcatel-Lucent?
"Support as well as Engineering, little by little were moved off shore. Lucent's merge with Alcatel made things a lot worse."
