"Don't unless you like to work for a company that uses you up and then drops your butt with zero regard for you."

"Mid-level mgmt and up do not listen to their team. All of them are just out for themselves."

"Realize that the little guy is what made that company and stop allowing your Sales department to lie about all the business they will bring in."
