What do you like about working at COMP-Connection?

"Nothing, this guy is a hot head and forces you to rip off his customers by charging them for time that was never spent on their account."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't interview you will regret working for this guy! On the days he does billing he huffs and puffs around the office and yells at everyone for not billing more hours to the customers."

What don't you like about working at COMP-Connection?

"Everything, this guy sells his customers software that is licensed to his company, for instance the software he gets from Microsoft to run on his servers he turns around and sells to his customers because he has unlimited licensing for the product. He also tells his workers to charge time to customers accounts that was not worked, for instance if you are doing a Administration check on a client that only takes you 30 to 45 min he has you bill for a whole hour!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop ripping off customers, stop selling software that is licensed to you only to your customers."

What do you like about working at Integrated Business Systems?

"Absolutely nothing. My boss was a bipolar psychopath. The President is a passive aggressive, unprofessional who would sexually harass female employees."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't interview. Turnover is ramped, for good reason. Run away...fast.. It is not somewhere that anyone with a soul would want to work at. It will destroy you emotionally and is a dead end, career wise."

What don't you like about working at Integrated Business Systems?

"Horrific work environment with mean people. Nobody takes responsibility for their actions and most play the blame game. They do nothing to discipline bad behavior an allow people to treat others without respect. Anger Management class are needed as well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to clean house and remove the negative element. Emotionally intelligent people should be hired. Psychological testing prior to hiring should be part of the process."

What do you like about working at Spot On Networks?

"We have desks, lights and heat in the winter. That is about it."

"Have to look somewhere else. At first it may seem good, until you discover the details."

What don't you like about working at Spot On Networks?

"Unqualified and inexperienced staff, no focus of a company, no future plan, not a single company meeting in over 2 years. The management goes out of the way to hire inexperienced employees to work on the customers Networks. Not delivering the proper service to the customers."

"There would be too long of a list and would not be pretty."

"The type of work I do as a whole. The type of work would be enjoyable at any company."

"Avoid this company completely. There is a constant churn in the company due to the poor working conditions."

"Constant fear of losing your job. Inefficient work practices. Poor benefits. Poor transparency in company decisions and direction."

"Provide better benefits, bonus for quality work and better working environment as a whole. Everyone fears that their job will be gone tomorrow."

"I like the challenge of getting the network up and running, and being a team player."

"Make sure your manager isn't crazy. Don't take on more than you can do, as they will pile on as much as possible."

"Managers have no morals. The only thing that matters are the numbers."

"Fire them all and start over. 75% of them are just plain awful, rotten people."
