"I love being able to troubleshoot certain errors within the network and then coming out to look like superman once the network is fully functional. One thing I hate is having a defect on the manufacturer's products, such as a switch or router. Unfortunately those situations happen from time to time and it's something I can't control. In those cases we have to call the manufacturer and receive assistance, and that can slow down the work process."
