"Unfortunately, higher ups refused to supply tools to make cataloging and accruing data easier, and leadership required all to refrain from questioning decisions made by those in charge. Yanked into many failed projects that proved to waste time and pull me from day-to-day tasks that needed to be completed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to employees when they complain -- don't fire them. Those who aren't complaining are simply complying, which is why the company is stuck where it is."
