"The freedom to share ideas with all levels of management, and know that they will both take my input seriously and put my advice into practice."

"Relax and don't be afraid to express your individuality at the interview! This company is more like a family than a job, and it is important that you fit into the group in terms of morals and lifestyle rather than having exactly the right qualifications. It's a good company to be with. :)"
What don't you like about working at Octane360?
"Our office was split between two different sites (Irvine & El Segundo). We communicated effectively via Skype, but it would have been nice to be able to see our boss every day."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire more Dev team members or add an extra project manager. The faster the site develops, the more efficiently all team members can work."

"Being able to work from home 3 out of 5 days. Love working on the internet."

"The lack of communication from management to the front line team."

"Open up more to the staff. Allow us to have more say on day to day operations."

"Very little not to like except, perhaps, that the culture changed since I joined the company. Long-time colleagues were laid off."

"Value your seasoned employees -- they will do more if you inquire."

"Plenty of work to stay busy; some very nice coworkers."

"I wouldn't suggest anyone interview with this company if the opportunity arises."
What don't you like about working at netTrekker?
"Unfortunately, higher ups refused to supply tools to make cataloging and accruing data easier, and leadership required all to refrain from questioning decisions made by those in charge. Yanked into many failed projects that proved to waste time and pull me from day-to-day tasks that needed to be completed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to employees when they complain -- don't fire them. Those who aren't complaining are simply complying, which is why the company is stuck where it is."
