1.9Management needs to offer better training, especially when acquiring another company. They assume (quite falsely) that managers from an acquired company have any clue on how to manage, and chances are good that they don't. The corporate component just makes them worse managers.
4.5I've worked for the company for 3 years, and it looks to promote internally, has great benefits, and lets you do your job without a lot of management supervision or interruption. Work from home and consult on phone calls with customers. Meet 75% billing utilization and all is well.
3.3NetSuite aquired the company I had worked at for 6 years. Unfortunately they wanted to keep the original company mostly intact which meant that there was no opportunity for advancement and they also never hired people to do the same work I was doing, even while increasing the number of people selling the product I was doing the implementation work.
