"Almost all Hiring positions are for Developers going forward. Make sure you know your stuff when it comes to C#, .net and Silverlight. Being familiar with Agile and scrum is a bonus"

"Sales Expectations needed to be set better so that the employees don't have to suffer with unrealistic expectations."
