"Almost all Hiring positions are for Developers going forward. Make sure you know your stuff when it comes to C#, .net and Silverlight. Being familiar with Agile and scrum is a bonus"

"Sales Expectations needed to be set better so that the employees don't have to suffer with unrealistic expectations."

"Work better with the project managers during the sales process to ensure better expectations on both sides."
