"I worked for Netsertive for 2 years. Current leadership in the sales department is terrible. I saw 100% turnover year over year in the sales team. The current two Sales Managers treat their employees like children, publicly berate them and cause bad morale. Netsertive needs to overhaul leadership in this department so that you can once again attract top performing professional salespeople. CEO needs to step out of his office, move around the floor and actually observe what is going on in the trenches."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be totally straightforward with everyone. The process is thorough and uses multiple interviewers. Managers are looking for the right skills, but are very focused on personal characteristics even more and seem to be able to sniff out BS."

What don't you like about working at Netsertive?

"There is pretty constant change and the company could do more to help us understand the changes so people know why wer'e doing things."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep adding great people, don't let the standards slip as we get bigger. Culture is awesome and would hate to see it change."
