The current two Sales Managers treat their employees like children, publicly berate them and cause bad morale. Netsertive needs to overhaul leadership in this department so that you can once again attract top performing professional salespeople. CEO needs to step out of his office, move around the floor and actually observe what is going on in the trenches."

"Be totally straightforward with everyone. The process is thorough and uses multiple interviewers. Managers are looking for the right skills, but are very focused on personal characteristics even more and seem to be able to sniff out BS."
