"I enjoyed the work environment in my department. The perks that the company first provided as the company grew was also great."

"For my position in the Web Production department, it was a great starter job, to gain the experience I needed. However I didn't see any growth for me."

"All in all, it wasn't too bad working for NetBiz. The perks were good in the beginning but slowly dwindled away."

"Not sure what I would do different. Maybe train the sales teams more efficiently, so they would make good sales."

"Great work environment within my department. Flexible start and end times. Company wide events."

"Do exactly as what the job description says. I've helped in the interview process and there have been applicants that don't get considered if they don't do everything that the job descriptions says to."

"Didn't see any potential growth in my position. This was a great first job in this field to gain experience."

"I have no suggestions for management at this point in time."
