"I've worked for NetApp since 2009. They are a great company to work for and are usually on the Forbes list for the same. They are becoming a huge company though, and that comes with an erosion of the starter atmosphere they've tried to keep so hard for so long."

"Joined NetApp's when LSI Storage acquired by NetApp's. Good company to work for, but upper management at NetApp's headquarters seem direction on previous LSI products not focused. Lower management and individual contributors typically hard workers. Creativity and changes accepted, but verification or review stymied causing cut-in/quality issues at times."
