What do you like about working at NetApp?

"The industry is cutting edge and the people I work for are first rate. The company culture and support is also unmatched in my experience."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The only thing I can say is that the guys I've had the pleasure to work with at CacheIQ are very straightforward and to the point. I suggest anyone that interviews conducts themselves accordingly."

What don't you like about working at NetApp?

"I'd like to be closer to the corporate headquarters and be able to visit my colleagues and the head off more often."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I'd like to have more VP Level and executive involvement in my sales calls. When working at a smaller company, having that executive support in the sales process is key."
