"I have worked for this company for 10 months and while it is a good company to work for, it lacks on tools and technology to help in achieving my job. I feel that while I can still perform it will set me back for future positions. I maintain a good relationship with my boss and co workers and I know they are happy with my performance, yet I don't see that the company will succeed if they don't stay up to date with new technology and its tool."
