"I have worked for Nestle for about 4 years and have found it to be a fair place to work. Nestle suffers from the typical large organization woes of disconnected departments and overbearing process and oversight. The compensation is average but the benefits are excellent. While I believe there is opportunity for advancement, real opportunities are difficult to determine and agonizingly slow to become reality."
