"goals set too high and unfairly between territories, mgmt did not take staff suggestions, refusing to look at competition and make changes, departments did not communicate well and have systems that worked well"

"retire your upper management, cut your subscription staff-use mail and go free, then your advertisers can justify their costs and advertise regularly instead of just special sections."
