"Very traditional, family-owned company. Lunch hour is discouraged, most people eat at their desk. Salary is all contingent on "incentive" pay which sometimes is not attainable. Co-workers are very nice. Not a lot of upward mobility available. Behind in the industry when it comes to technology, software, etc."
