"management, the pay, the work environment, the pressure, lack of trust in the company, and many, many other things."

"back your departments up, be honest!!!! get health insurance, pay your employess better, heck, just make sure you payroll check will cash.dont lie to your customers, follow the rules and regs of the industry, just be decent"
