"This is a company that completely does not care about their employees. If they can save a nickel they will RIF you in a moment, even if it ends up costing them more by keeping you. Work/Life balance is non-existent, you are on call 24/7 and you may get a heap of more responsibility, but a 1% raise and an elevated stress level. Stay away, you are better off somewhere else."

"The line level manager whose management still was to micromanage. This still went out in the fifties. The lack of even distribution of new projects, it always went to the fair haired boy under the guise that they get it done. How would you know if you never give it to any one but them."

"Pick you line level managers with great care. Satisfied employees can and will drive customer satisfaction through the roof."

"As of the last 15 years, the upper management has no clue what it takes to be a World Class organization. So, it was a great place to earn money while working another, easy part-time gig for extra cash. Supervisors at NCR have no clue how to measure one's achievements or goals. Corrective action for inferior employees is no existent."
