Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do not interview with them. Even though they fly you to Dallas they are NOT invested in you. In fact it is a pressure tactic to get you to sign up! They even have bulk airline ticket discounts because they burn through people so fast! Don't waste your time!"

What don't you like about working at NCH Corp?

"This company scams sales reps to open up new accounts for them then after 90 days lets you go! They do not live up to what they promise. They tell you they will give you a territory list but never deliver making it impossible to hit the goals necessary. In addition they do not provide ANY product training other than throwing test supplies at you. Many of their products are hazardous materials to handle and you are at risk if you do not take precautions. They do not educate you on this! I found out the hard way with skin rashes from their lubricants and dermatology bills! Also one of the customers I sold to informed me of a state law requiring to disclose certain materials that are in their products. I do not know how they get by this. From what I've read their is a loop hole since the test supplies are 'free' and not purchased. Of coarse this doesn't help you from handling them or inhaling the chemicals."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do not keep scamming people the first 90 days. Give proper product training and provide them with the tools necessary to hit their goals. Be sure sales reps are aware of haz-mat shipping regulations and proper handling of chemicals."
