You are expected to use your vehicle, gas, cell phone, iPad, and computer for their purposes with little to no compensation."

"If you for something stable and slow to change this is the place for you. However if you value, growth and innovation, you might want to seek employment elsewhere."

What don't you like about working at NCH Corp?

"Organization is lacking, right along side of focus. There is not enough of either of these. I feel we spend most of our time putting out fires while leaving kindling all over the place with our new projects. We desperately need a unified vision."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"In a single word, coherence. There is not enough collaboration. Everyone has there own way of doing things and it makes it difficult to achieve anything."

"Working with my boss. He and I saw eye to eye on many things. We laughed a lot."

"Good company.Good people. Mostly positive employment experience. There is a danger this company is inbred. Last IT staff hired over 6 years. ago."

"Top management seems to treat this company as a step-child."

"This company is a cash-cow. Retrun some funding for additional training, staffing, etc."

"Do not interview with them. Even though they fly you to Dallas they are NOT invested in you. In fact it is a pressure tactic to get you to sign up! They even have bulk airline ticket discounts because they burn through people so fast! Don't waste your time!"

What don't you like about working at NCH Corp?

"This company scams sales reps to open up new accounts for them then after 90 days lets you go! They do not live up to what they promise. They tell you they will give you a territory list but never deliver making it impossible to hit the goals necessary. In addition they do not provide ANY product training other than throwing test supplies at you. Many of their products are hazardous materials to handle and you are at risk if you do not take precautions. They do not educate you on this! I found out the hard way with skin rashes from their lubricants and dermatology bills! Also one of the customers I sold to informed me of a state law requiring to disclose certain materials that are in their products. I do not know how they get by this. From what I've read their is a loop hole since the test supplies are 'free' and not purchased. Of coarse this doesn't help you from handling them or inhaling the chemicals."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do not keep scamming people the first 90 days. Give proper product training and provide them with the tools necessary to hit their goals. Be sure sales reps are aware of haz-mat shipping regulations and proper handling of chemicals."
